With our commercial catering service, we are constantly looking to exceed our client’s expectations and create the finest food and a highly professional business event, whatever the location, whatever the timescale.

Wedding
At hatters we understand that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and we are delighted to play our part.We understand how much effort and time has gone into planning your dream wedding day and our aim is to make it as enjoyable as possible.The secret to the perfect wedding is to combine your ideas and our wedding catering experience. Together we will produce a menu to suit your taste, budget and any special requirements you or your guests may have. We offer a variety of wedding catering styles from canapés and bowl food to a wedding buffet or a silver service formal dinner.

Funeral Teas
At this difficult time, we are on hand to offer our support and ensure that the after funeral gathering runs exactly as you and your family want. We understand that on these occasions we are required to be on hand to look after your needs, “whatever the request”, and we are therefore available to cater for small and large groups at home, church or at the venue of your choosing. We are able to work around your specific needs, often at short notice and of course will always take into account the requirements of those travelling and any other times and arrangements that need to be considered on the day. Our Tea & Coffee service is provided on a “limitless supply” basis and is accompanied with orange juice, water and the appropriate glassware as required. We take personal responsibility for ensuring that the venue is set up properly and can provide linen and table decorations as required. Our buffets are presented fully garnished on platters and we provide quality napkins, table covers and we can also provide matching white china if required. To relieve any financial pressures at this already difficult time, we are happy to send the bill to your solicitors or funeral directors to be paid from the estate, leaving you to concentrate on making all the arrangements. We are always happy to visit you at your home or workplace and can coordinate arrangements with your venue or funeral director to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day - no request is too small and we are therefore pleased to assure you and yours of our very best attention at all times.

Dear Customers,
As many of you will know I have been steadily expanding the outside catering side of Hatters. Due to its growing success I have now decided to close the Tearoom so I can focus my efforts on its development. I have several exciting projects that I am also currently working on, these include a local community project which I hope many of you will be interested in. I will be offering workshops encouraging people to not only use local and seasonal produce, but also how to cook economical dishes from the food available. There is lots more in the pipeline so I shall keep you posted, in the meantime I would like to thank everyone who has supported Hatters Tearooms over the past several years and I look forward to sharing the next leg of my journey with you.
